This senior leader will be part of the agency s leadership team and will provide oversight and direction to all assigned programs in a community based human services setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a successful program director with extensive program and team management experience. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for all aspects of program operations ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, data control, and quality management.
