Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community.Competencies: The potential employee must understand target population and specialized needs; possess knowledge of relevant developments in the addiction and mental health field; responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of the Adolescent Outpatient/Intensive outpatient programs.This position will provide both individual and group supervision as well as team meetings to staff in these programs.Program operations, including ensuring compliance with licensing and documentation standards, is also a responsibility of this position.This position will have some direct client contact and provision of services, including initial clinical assessment, treatment planning as well as individual, group and family therapy.Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the day to day clinical and administrative functioning of the adolescent program services, including staff;
  • Develop and implement curriculum and program structure for the adolescent programs;
  • Assist the Program Supervisor in ensuring that program provides quality care that meets agency and funding source standard;
  • Assist the Program Supervisor with Recovery Support Services and lead program in the Program Supervisors absence;
  • Work closely with Community Coordinator to expand and maximize programs outcomes;
  • Transmit agency/program policies and procedures to staff and ensure compliance;
  • Provides direct supervision and oversite to clinicians (including graduate student interns) in both adult and adolescent programs;
  • Analyze staff activity, consumer need and resources; make recommendations to program director regarding program needs, directions and procedures;
  • Review clinical, statistical and personnel documentation prepared by staff and ensure compliance with contract expectations;
  • Act as a liaison to programs, agencies and systems;
  • Provide clinical and administrative back-up to Supervisor by provision of consultation, direction and supervisory coverage in absence;
  • Performs continuous quality improvement by conducting evaluation and making changes as needed;
  • Participate in program meetings, in-service training, quality assurance activities and other program activities as assigned

  • Ensures compliance with all grant and contractual regulations with county, state and all electronic systems;
  • Ensures that all adolescent client reporting and tracking is completed effectively and in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with consumers' families and other providers to develop service plans
  • Provision of individual, group and family therapy, based on program needs;
  • Provide client related reports and evaluations when necessary and maintain and submit reports as needed;
  • Complete managed care or other insurance applications as required by agency on a timely basis
  • Crisis intervention as needed;
  • Participate in all meetings/trainings as required;
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • L.C.S.W., L.M.F.T, L.P.C. or L.C.A.D.C. required.ACS, CCS or Social Work Clinical Supervisor Certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years clinical experience working with behavioral health population.
  • Valid driver's license.
