Position summary: The Program Analyst supports strategic programs in the Product Development and Management organization will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of key initiatives for TCH, including the strategy for Real Time Payments (RTP). The ideal candidatewill analyze relevant data to support business and project decision making, create and maintain effective project strategies and assist the project/program manager to drive execution against those strategies.Qualifications required: Minimum 3 years professional experience in analytics position; banking background preferredProficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; basic skills in Tableau or similar productStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong mathematical, analytic, and statistical skillsAbility to recognize trends and provide relevant solutionsCharting and modeling experience to augment presentation of analytical optionsDetail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsQualifications desired:Degree related to business, economics or involving quantitative analysisExperience with payment products, operations, and technologyExperience in analyzing product, volume, revenue, customer, market analysis and/or modelingExperience project-related analysis or managementEssential functions and responsibilities: Analyze product volume data or other relevant data to inform business and strategy decisionsCreate efficiencies in data analysis and presentation through automation, where possibleIdentify, manage and report project/program milestones to ensure visibility into progressCommunicate effectively across different departments and amongst varying levels of seniority within the organizationAscertain key variables and risks across projects/programs and proactively identify solutions Create effective presentation materials to support project/program governance and decision making Manage the capture and completion of meeting action items and follow-ups through stakeholder engagement and/or schedulingSupport the project/program manager in daily execution activitiesSupport the team through planning and coordination of events, meetings, training, etc. including logistics and travelIndependently manage minor initiativesPhysical demands and work environment: The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Travel may be required. Employees will report to the office two to three days each week.The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. Base salary will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
