The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.Rate Range: $35-$38/HrJob Description:6+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform.Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill Good experience in scripting Shell, AutomationsWell versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release managementBasic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache TomcatGood experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus.Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etcKnowledge of Banking domain (preferable)Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them.Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.Report issues and resolve as per process and documentation.Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQLGood understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, DatabaseGood to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
