Position Details: Title: Production Supervisor Location: Buffalo, NY Shift: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday Compensation: $72k-$78k, 5% annual bonus, $70/month phone stipend Benefits: Top tier benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Travel: None Vaccine Requirement: None Position Description: As the Production Supervisor, you oversee the daily manufacturing process for the production rooms. You will be communicating with Operations managers to make necessary changes to the production process. You must be able to adapt to changing demand and resources and schedule accordingly. You will lead a team of 30-35 individuals alongside a Team lead and Team lead assist. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience. Additionally, experience with planning, scheduling, working with lot controlled product and related paperwork (DHRs/Travelers), and implementing lean principles are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree is required for the role.
