This includes sourcing ingredients, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that purchases align with the company's nutritional standards, performance goals, and kosher practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Source high-quality ingredients and materials for food production while adhering to budgetary constraints and kosher guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
