SUMMARY The Production Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end project and program management, in collaboration with supply chain and cross-functional teams, to execute orders from allocation through shipping to customer. This is a highly visible position that interfaces with all departments in the organization, requires clear and consistent communication, and detailed daily follow-up. If you have superior interpersonal/ communication/ project management skills, are adept at providing creative solutions to obstacles, and are results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, this is a great opportunity for you! KEY RESPONSIBILTIESServe as the point of contact between US cross-functional teams and overseas agents/suppliers for daily issues.Program manager who will drive forward time and action calendars with overseas partners to ensure all product packing, ship dates, and ETA date (to port or WHSE) are executed as confirmed. Responsible for communicating any challenges and presenting solutions - to manager and cross-functional partnersUnderstanding production and shipping leadtimes to accurately plan target bulk order ship dates with suppliers.Daily communication with internal/external business partners to confirm new orders and manage open production orders/deliverables.Check TNC program charts weekly to ensure that production milestones stay on track and call out any deviations.Check agent/supplier program tracker charts weekly to ensure production milestones stay on track and call out any deviations.Review shipping orders created in 3rd party system, to ensure shipping orders meet the confirmed ship dates. Call out any deviations to suppliers for revision.Prepare for weekly cross-functional order status meetings with an open issue list for team awareness/resolution.Utilize TNC tools and platforms daily to gather information and support on resolution of issues.Collaborate on special projects as needed.Requirements: QUALIFICATIONSExceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build trusting relationships with multiple business partners/teams.Competence with managing multiple projects concurrently while also managing a heavy volume of daily emails.Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.Results driven with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity within an organization and manage up to ensure alignment on priorities.Skilled in using business systems and Microsoft Office programs.Experience working with Walmart a plusEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCETwo+ years of production and business operations experience in retail/wholesale textile or related industry.WORK ENVIRONMENTHybrid: Three (3) days in the office and two (2) days remote.May require occasional travel.
