In everything we do, we're committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.Sony Music is looking for a Product Manager who will join our talented product team in our New York City office and work on our suite of fan engagement products that serve our customers and internal teams.What you'll do:Work closely with the Fan Engagement Director of Product Management to help execute on the long-term product visionHelp translate the roadmap into a streamlined backlog via collaboration and coordination with the Product, Design and Engineering teamsTactically own and drive completion of the backlogRun agile processes and participate in the agile ceremoniesWork with stakeholders across Sony Music groups to gather requirements and translate into user storiesParticipates in launch planning and executionImplement KPI tracking to measure successWho you are:We're seeking a Product Manager with at least seven years of experience, having a track record of successful execution and launch of features that help drive a long-term roadmap.Experience working with products from ideation to launch to ongoing iteration and support.Extremely effective at driving individual work, as well as, collaborating and influencing others.Has strong organizational and analytical skills paired with the ability to drive complex projects with partners in Design and Engineering in an agile outcome-focused environment.Has strong communication & presentation skills for demoing product and creating alignment across teams and with stakeholders.Has strong documentation skills to help create written processes and product documentation to keep the team and stakeholders aligned.Bonus Points:Experience working in the music industry, fan engagement, audience development, CRM, marketing, advertising or related field.What we give you:You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to fuel the creative journeyA modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamworkOur Hybrid with Flexibility approach combines the flexibility of remote working with the benefits of in-person collaboration whenever we need to come together to do our best work.
