As the Process Supervisor you will maintain ownership of the assigned manufacturing area. To be successful in this role, you will support all teams via knowledge of process and plant equipment, manage the performance of chemical operators and their continuous development, including training and certification. In addition, you will update plant production procedures, participate in production planning, and investigate incidents.
