Private Equity Officer
QUAD is currently seeking a Private Equity Officer for an investment management firm located in Philadelphia. Hybrid work environment.
The Officer will primarily focus on private equity holdings administration, including capital activity, financial reporting, liquidity management, audits, and tax deliverables. The role will also utilize audited financial and capital statements to price PE holdings and hedge funds.
Responsibilities:
- Working with external administrators on financial packages review
- Utilizing external partner capital and audited financial statements to determine PE holdings pricing
- Overseeing the facilitation of transaction activity processing
- Supporting yearend tax and audit preparation
- Ensuring deliverables completion through coordination with external auditors and tax teams
- Communicating regularly with external managers on client onboarding facilitation
- Managing tax initiatives and investor deliverables
Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor s degree
- 4+ years experience within financial services supporting PE investments administration
- Experience with providing audit and tax engagements support
- Thorough knowledge of PE fund accounting, administration, and valuation processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interest in processes and procedures improvement
Additional Details:
Salary: To $125k total compensation
