Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of pre-MBA experience, two years of investment banking analyst experience from a top investment bank, and at least one year on the buy side.
- Tangible transaction experience: hands-on with the financial modeling for executed M&A and PE transactions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of initiative and ability to think creatively and critically.
- A deep interest in technology investments and a solid understanding of the industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the sector.
