Magna-Power Electronics, a Flemington, New Jersey based electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembler to join its dedicated world class team. The assembler will use various hand and power tools, wiring diagrams, hand solder, and follow sample boards to determine assembly duties. Given the complex nature of the products, there will be significant hands-on training and interaction with various Magna-Power teams.The PCB Assembler is responsible for:Preparing set-up, forming, and staging of various components for PCB assemblySoldering through hole components and wiring assembliesOperating automation machinery (wire fabrication, SMT pick & place, 3D-AOI)Performing visual inspection of assemblies to IPC-standardsAssembling PCBs by following BOMs, schematics, and diagramsWorking in a push line assembly process to combine tasks and effectively maximize labor effortsThe education and experience for this position includes:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 1-2 years related experience and/or trainingGood mechanical aptitude and accurate use of various hand and power toolsCapable of using different hand and tabletop tools related to manufacturing of PCBA'sExecution of GDP in a manufacturing environment .Knowledge and understanding of BOMs, assembly drawings and any other related manufacturing documents is preferredIn addition to competitive compensation, Magna-Power offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceSupplemental insurance401k plan with company matchAccrued paid time offPaid sick-time leaveTuition reimbursementExcellent growth opportunities are available for individuals who are willing to learn and develop.
