Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Craft a compelling product vision that aligns with the organization's objectives and stakeholder interests. Lead a dynamic team of product managers, designers, and engineers to innovate and create a unified customer experience that adheres to global compliance and ethical AI standards.
  • Steer the product team from roadmap conceptualization to launch, driving collaboration across functions such as engineering, data science, UX/UI, and compliance to surpass customer expectations.
  • Champion the responsible incorporation of AI in line with the firm's ethical framework, focusing on transparency and human-centered design. Capitalize on AI and emerging technologies to bolster product offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Harness market intelligence and direct customer feedback to refine product features. Initiate customer forums to involve users in the design process and to showcase upcoming innovations.
  • Nurture stakeholder and customer relationships to extract valuable insights and detect industry trends. Formulate and implement strategies to enhance product marketability, drive adoption, and boost revenue.
  • Oversee product management processes, establish key performance metrics, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Attract, cultivate, and retain exceptional product management talent. Foster a team environment that prizes diversity, innovation, and ongoing learning, offering mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • years of product management experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps for scalable SaaS platforms.
  • working in a Microservices environment, preferably in concert with engineering teams to break down monolithic platforms.
  • partnering with Software Engineering teams in the development of CRM applications is a plus
  • understanding of AI technologies, ethical AI practices, and human-in-the-loop design principles.
  • leadership and team management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing product teams.
  • problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • with OKR processes, agile development methodologies, and product management best practices.
