Health Promotion and Prevention:
- Providing health promotion and preventive services to patients.
- Educating patients on maintaining optimal health and preventing illnesses.
Diagnosis and Treatment:
- Diagnosing acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, and injuries.
- Prescribing medications when necessary to ensure patient health and well-being.
Clinical Assessments and Procedures:
- Conducting health assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, X-rays).
Treatment Planning and Implementation:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.
Documentation and Communication:
- Documenting all patient interactions.
- Effectively communicating with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients, and families.
Requirements and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Master s Degree in Nursing.
- A current license/registration to practice as an NP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.

- At least 3 years of experience working directly with primary care patients in a medical office
