The Role:
Responsibility for all aspects of the business including, health, safety & environment, P&L management, sales and marketing, channel and customer management and development, manufacturing operations and logistics, engineering, HR and finance whilst operating within the framework set by the client. This is a hands on product support and sales management role and the appointed person will play a very active role in the day to day management of the business whilst developing longer term plans.
RequirementsQualifications:
Have worked for, a manufacturing organisation in which leadership and management of transformation was a key factor
Shows an aptitude for general management, apparent through a clear track record of success.
Commercial expertise in developing and managing multi-channel sales organisations is a requirement.
Ideally a degree level education and above in engineering (ideally mechanical), mathematics, science or technical discipline.
Salary: 235k-250k base, 50% bonus scheme, potential for LTIP but not guaranteed, plus various benefits such as car allowance and Health insurance.
