Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.
We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Operations are now seeking a talented Premier Driver to join the Operations team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
**Location:** Mahwah, NJ
**Hours: (Full- Time)** Rotating start times each week (8:30am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm; need to be able to work all times)

**Here is a breakdown of what youll be doing:**
* Must uphold and project the companys devotion to customer service experience
* Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor. Uniforms and Truck will be provided.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays as needed
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
* You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision.
* Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily
* Assist manager and supervisor with day to day operations
* Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer service team daily
* Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route
**The type of person we are looking for:**
* A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that youve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 7 years
* Driving defence Certificate required; preferably no longer than 6 months old
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
* The ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
* Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers demands
* An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills
* Be able to work with a team
* A proven track record of solving problems successfully
* Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues as they arise, both on the road and with the customer with excellent personal presentation skills
