As a Pre-Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be working closely with customer IT teams, conducting product demonstrations, and creating compelling customer case studies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales success by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to potential customers.What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and requirements, and align product demonstrations and case studies accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with customer IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customer IT teams, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our products.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or customization, and relay this information to the product development team.
  • Create compelling and persuasive customer case studies that highlight successful product implementations and their impact on customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant customer data, success metrics, and testimonials to support case study development.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure case studies are optimized for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide relevant insights during customer engagements.
  • Assist the sales team in proposal creation, RFQ and RFP responses, and technical documentation preparation.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems and speak the language of engineering and information technology.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with customer IT teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating compelling customer case studies or success stories is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The base salary range for this role is between $120k - $155k.
