We are the trusted dealership for drivers throughout New York and beyondThe Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Pre-Owned Sales Consultant must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experiencethrough consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamworkRespond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of a new/pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehiclesMaintain customer satisfaction by confirming orders with customers, sending written communications for timely transactionsAssist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, acting as a liaison for Collision Center inquiries, following up on DMV issues, procuring any and all missing documentation for financing, and supplying Sales Managers with accurate order statusCalculate lease and purchase options for customer and quote accurate paymentsFollow up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat businessSell/lease as many vehicles as required by MBM's annual minimum standardsMaintain/update customer information in company databasesMaintain a clean and safe work areaAble to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basisThe salary for this position is $33,000. This position has a STRONG COMMISSION STRUCTURE !Qualifikationen High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experienceMust have 5 years (total) of experience in the following, dealership with focus on sales
