Our clients is looking for individuals or teams who are trading systematic crypto strategies and are seeking an equity allocation.
The firm will also support portfolio managers by managing exchange relationships, KYC, counterparty risk, connectivity, transaction management, co-location, and providing aggregating trading fees as well provide the best maker/ taker prices on exchanges. The firm provides additional services and support to PMs as needed.
Criteria:
Target Strategies: Delta Neutral (or very short term directional) systematic strategies. This includes market-making, stat-arb, HFT or other short-term quant based strategies.
Return Profile: 35-40%+ with 4-6+ Sharpe Ratio with max 5-7% drawdown depending on strategy
Leverage: Max of 3x
The firm will consider considered experienced systematic portfolio managers with a demonstrated background in traditional finance that want to move their strategies into the crypto space.
Please include a basic description of your strategy or relevant background in systematic investment strategies. This role requires prior experience in systematic trading, without that you will not be considered.
