The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with the plant's operational goals. This person will collaborate closely with plant managers and leaders to address workforce challenges, drive employee engagement, and implement talent management initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the manufacturing environment. *Client Details*Our client is a global chemical manufacturing company. They are looking for an HRBP to help drive continued success and growth. This person will report to the plant five days a week to support the 400 employees at the location.
