Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for S&OP Planning (Demand, Supply, Affiliate CS & MDM) Process Optimization focused on IBP utilization, Supply and Demand Planning, S4 and Master data/MDG.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
S&OP Process Management (Demand & Supply):
- Support the entire S&OP teams with process standardization and documentation. Leverage best in class processes & system utilization to drive efficiency across the supply, demand, Affiliate CS and Master data organizations.
- Conduct analysis, design, documentation, and implementation of new processes across all Shiseido brands and S&OP Cross-Functional Teams.
- Work closely with program leads, project managers, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and other work streams to develop and document deliverables, business requirements, and program timing for process and technology solutions to support Global & regional business transformation.
- Ensure any new processes or system improvement projects are based on business priorities; are delivered on time and support improvements in S&OP KPIs.
- Support the Global project leads & Regional RBPE s as they facilitate the seamless integration or upgrades within FOCUS. Establish and maintain job aids and training documents in Shared Drive
- Consistently challenge and reduce the development lead-times by ensuring appropriate balanced risks are built into the original time plans, Develop RACI charts and gain alignment and agreements with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the bridge (SPOC) for the S&OP organization & the Global FOCUS Organization as the IBP SME (not to replace the RBPE s for Supply & Demand)

Qualifications & Competencies:
- 5+ years Planning/Supply Chain/Operations experience.
- SAP S4 Hana & IBP experience required.
- Master data experience a plus.
- College Degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities.
- Strong organization and communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change while accounting for multiple perspectives.
- Willing to seek and consider input from various stakeholders and incorporate it into effective process creation and documentation.
- Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail oriented.
