Job DescriptionSun River Health provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who see it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Planetree Coordinator. This position is primarily remote and is based out of our Peekskill Brown Street office. This position requires travel once a month to different sites as needed between Hudson Valley, Long Island, and New York City for our Planetree Retreat Programs. The Planetree Coordinator is responsible for providing support across Sun River Health's Planetree Institute and the variety of programs it offers. This position will be primarily responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Planetree Institute programs and activities, including scheduling, generating reports and documentation (like minutes) of each program or meeting, and overseeing all data entry and maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Planetree Coordinator:
  • Performs all program data entry and maintenance for Planetree Institute programs, trainings, and workshops into the appropriate database or repository.
  • Provides technical and logistical support to all Planetree Institute meetings and programs as required, including in particular the Language of Caring program (for staff and providers), the Planetree Retreats across the organization, and other such programs.
  • Coordinates Planetree Institute program records and performs appropriate follow up actions, including for the Planetree Steering Committee and applicable sub-committees as required.
  • Maintains all Planetree Institute supplies, and orders and prepares in advance of each program the necessary supplies to deliver each program, training, or workshop.
  • Coordinates all Planetree Institute meetings and programs, including program/meeting scheduling, minute-taking and sharing, and support of program logistics.
