Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: NYC (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island)
Experience and Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Associate (2-5+ years): $110k-$150k+
Senior Attorney (7-10+ years): $175k - $350k+

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate settlements and prepare for trials, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing them with updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
