Job Description:

The Frances Stewart Agency a boutique baby nurse and nanny agency focused on thoughtful, personalized childcare placement is hiring a Placement Specialist to join our team.

About the Agency:

The Frances Stewart Agency understands the unique needs of new parents and growing families with young children, which is why our carefully tailored, hand-selected approach to childcare placement has successfully matched nurses and nannies with the right families for the past 40 years.

Job Overview:

As a placement specialist you will work alongside our team, fielding injuries from prospective clients, assessing each client's unique needs, and creating synergistic pairings between clients and household employees. To meet the demand of our growing client base, this role will also involve regularly conducting phone and/or video interviews with potential childcare applicants and updating our applicant tracking system as new and existing nurses and nannies move through the placement process.

This role is a great opportunity to join a small but growing team that is passionate about the work they do, that takes the time to meet clients where they are on their parenthood journey, and that provides best-in-class service for both our in-house staff and clients. This role is also a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and shape a traditional, boutique agency that is evolving alongside the digital landscape and current needs of a new generation of parents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fielding incoming inquiries from new clients, explaining the agency s services and answering questions over an initial information call
  • Management of full life-cycle recruitment for open childcare and household staff positions: reviewing resumes, interviewing, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Sourcing candidates through internal agency platform and external recruiting sources
  • Development of new sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill open positions and expand our network of applicants

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An effective communicator with a strong phone presence who engages prospective clients and applicants via high volume outbound call activity and email correspondence
  • A collaborative team member who actively takes part in our communal efforts to achieve company goals.
  • Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence and compassion with the aim of understanding the needs of new parents and growing families
  • Technologically savvy, familiar with ATS software and able to master new technologies
  • Previous track record of 8-10+ years of professional experience

What We ll Give You:

  • A supportive, inclusive atmosphere in an organization that values your contributions
  • An attractive and equitable compensation package commensurate with experience
  • A generous benefits program featuring PTO, comprehensive medical benefits, and more
