Full job description

Looking for PTA in East Orange, NJ for a busy Pain Management office. The office offers short-term and long-term approaches in chronic pain treatment. Treatments include Physical Therapy, due to spine related issues, muscle and joint pain, nervous system disorders, car accident injuries, work-related injuries, and back and neck pain. Job duties include taking care of patients who were involved in traumatic injury, recent surgeries, and chronic pain.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (ongoing contract role)

Full-Time available in East Orange location

Part-Time available in Clifton location

Pay: $29-$33 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• 7-hour shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
• personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• patients and families on self-care techniques and injury prevention.
• accurate documentation of patient evaluations and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• State PTA License
• of 1 year experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics
• in WebPT software
• with Manual Therapy
