Pharmacy Benefits Consultant

This is a tremendous opportunity to be a part of one of our fastest growing specialty practices. This person will interact with external and internal MercerRx clients, Mercer consultants and other resources with the goal of making Mercer the preeminent consultant regarding all issues related to pharmacy.

We will count on you to:

* Day-to-day account/project management for key MercerRx clients

* Assist with managing different internal resources to create client deliverables. This could include pricing team, clinical resources and H&B consultants.

* Handle quick deadlines and multiple projects at the same time.

* Participate in regional and national marketing pursuits

* Work effectively as part of a team

* Analyze pharmacy data in the MercerRx data warehouse

* Assist in new analytic solution development based on marketplace changes

What you need to have:

* Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Computer Science degree

* 3+ years of relevant experience

* Analytical, communication, and listening skills

* Excellent organization and project management skills

* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office products

* Client-facing experience within a consulting or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment

* Ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle multiple and complex projects in a demanding work environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $125,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
