- Improve the monitoring and management of the clinical pharmacy antibiotic service to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care.
- Promote the clinical pharmacy development of pharmacy staff by providing clinical leadership and education.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree
- Current New York State Registration
- Hospital experience
