Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Trial Attorney. The Personal Injury Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, including preparing and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in court, and conducting trials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with clients, attending court hearings and settlement conferences, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.

Qualifications

• Expertise in personal injury law
• Experience arguing motions and conducting trials in court
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work with clients and other attorneys in a team environment
• Familiarity with local courts and procedures in the Queens area is preferred
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
