LHH has partnered with a valued client in their search for a Bilingual Paralegal in New York! This firm is open to candidates who can travel to their office in White Plains, NY or their office in Manhattan. This role is fully on-site 5 days per week. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake to trial
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case
- Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Manage calendaring and scheduling for attorney and caseload
- Collaborate with attorneys in trial preparation and provide administrative support
- Draft bill of particulars
- E-file documents using NYSCEF
- Review medical records and prepare chronologies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish, required
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal in personal injury at a law firm
- Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate, preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and file organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: $65-85k
