A small personal injury practice looking for an Associate to join their firm at their Manhattan location. If you're looking for a great opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience within a tight knit firm, look no further!

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience in personal injury, disability, or insurance defense
• Knowledge of New York State and Federal laws and regulations
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Currently licensed to practice law in NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings and trials, take depositions, perform legal research and drafting of motions and briefs.
• The Associate will also be responsible for managing case files, scheduling appointments and deadlines.
