Our firm is looking for an attorney who: Cares about their clients Is motivated by money Is aggressive with a can-do attitude Has excellent negotiation skills Wants to learn Wants to join a team of lawyers and paralegals who care about the clients we serve Is licensed in Rhode Island or Massachusetts OR who has passed the UBE with a score of 276 or higher in the last two calendar years Salary: $85,000+ to start; earning potential of 150K after one year and 200+ after two years. Our Current team is hitting this goal and we are only going to continue to grow. Base salary will depend upon your experience. Within one year you will move to our commission model, with great earning capacity. This will allow you to control your earning potential, and work for a law firm that appreciates you by supporting you with a team of talented individuals. You will be fully trained by a team of experienced attorneys with over 60 years of personal injury experience.
