Wepartner with insights leaders at McKinsey, Microsoft, Salesforce and beyond to solve leading organizations' most pressing business challenges.About the RoleAs a Performance Marketing Senior Associate, you will be part of a growing team responsible for driving digital marketing strategy and planning using a P&L owner mindset to ensure channels and campaigns are driving the right business outcomes and profitability.Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, measure and optimize campaigns rooted in our business strategy to drive demand across organic, for paid search and paid social.
  • Campaign management across paid channels. This includes the planning, implementation, testing, and measurement of multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the team.
  • Daily management, optimization, and monitoring of performance channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads search, YouTube, Meta and more.
  • Own a monthly report that analyzes performance data and provides insights that will guide strategy, inform spending decisions on audience, channels and ad creative.
  • Have a deep understanding of our target and their online behaviors, continuously using data to drive innovation and coming up with new ways to reach them and keep them engaged in NewtonX content throughout all stages of the customer journey.
  • Prioritize and implement successful SEO strategies. Identify opportunities to drive significant growth in organic traffic and conversions, and resolve technical SEO issues to improve overall site health and performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Required experience building & managing ad campaigns in Google Ads & LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and with CRM and marketing automation tools; Demandbase, Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • 2-3 years experience in B2B services growth, demand generation, digital or performance marketing in a high-growth start up environment preferably within the technology or market research space.
  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid search (SEM), organic (SEO), paid social, paid media, content syndication and other performance channels.
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign creation, execution, and optimization across multiple channels and geographies.
  • The ability to track CRT and campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Owned a scalable budget of at least $1mm annually across, but not limited to paid, organic, social, video, review sites, directories and more.
  • Able to guide and create copy for ads, landing pages, emails.
  • Experience concepting and briefing designers and writers to get more robust content created.
