About the Role: This unique role provides internal support to our payroll processing, production operations, and human resources at 2 of our manufacturing site locations (Calhoun & Dalton, GA) totaling 140 employees. In this diverse position you will process weekly payroll, coordinate accounts payable processing with our corporate office, manage various internal reporting records (production, accounting, HR) and administrator several general office activities (vendors, contractors, corporate visitors, plant communications and more). Responsibilities Key activities and responsibilities will include: Payroll - 2 sites and related activities including Kronos. HRIS activities using our Oracle software (HCM) and icims. Process AP invoices to Corp AP Admin support to JDE system Manage entry security / time cards / time & attendance General admin (in-plant meetings/events, visitors, employee HR related assistance, caller assist) Qualifications Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Good time management and organizational skills Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Familiarity with office management procedures, basic accounting and HR principles Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of Oracle's HCM software helpful. Able to prioritize and multitask efficiently High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred Previous experience as an office assistant or relevant role required.
