Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Payroll and Human Capital Management Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive payroll and human capital management solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our payroll and human capital management solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Preffered experience in the payroll or human capital management industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS systems, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor s Degree: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
