Job Details:Under the direction of the Front desk Supervisor, the Patient Account Representative is responsible to provide excellent customer service to patient. Check in patients: review patient demographics and insurance, collect patient copayments and past due balances. Prepare work for next day and reconcile completed work daily. The Arrhythmia Center is a high volume physicians office.
