Depends on Experience Parts/Inside Sales Associate - Tymetal Corp.
Tymetal Corp., located in Greenwich, NY, seeks an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team. Our Parts/Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for fulfilling parts order for our Tarco product line, providing superior customer service and technical support to our customers. In addition, this individual will assist the inside sales team, preparing quotations, entering sales orders and following up on project leads.
Responsibilities of our Parts/Inside Sales Associate:
* Provide technical support to the owners of TARCO products both in person and over the telephone.
* Provide accurate pricing information and process parts orders, including shipment of parts as needed and final invoicing to the customer.
* Research and order purchased parts and create work orders for manufactured parts as needed.
* Aggressively seek to bring in sales and to meet the sales targets for the company.
* Perform sales order entry into the ERP system as orders are booked.
* Process parts returns and ensure appropriate credit is issued.
Qualifications of our Parts/Inside Sales Associate:
* Associates degree in a technical area or equivalent experience/degree.
* Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office required, ERP experience preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems while also working independently to complete tasks.
* Positive attitude.
