Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are partnered with a motorsports team in their search for a Partnerships Coordinator! The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for catering to high net-worth individuals and celebrities insuring satisfactory experience at the events.

In this role, you will be the face of the company to their external clients. You will need to demonstrate a strong backbone when necessary, standing up to HNWI and celebrities to ensure their event day experience is optimal. This role requires someone that is great at relationship building, communication & possessing prior experience in dealing with HNWI / celebrities at hospitality / live events.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in external client/customer facing roles is a must
• Coming from a background in sporting or live events is a must
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with high net-worth individuals or celebrities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill, with ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP Clientele
• Ability to be in the office in NYC every day and able to travel on short term notice.
