**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a Partner Sales Representative to our Partnerships team in Houston!

**YOUR IMPACT**

* Engage prospects and identify clients to contact via phone, e-mail, and other creative channels

* Maintain a high volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social selling

* Manage expectations and overcome objections

* Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals

* Demonstrate the value of Gympass by educating partners on the importance of our company's mission

* Become the go to person regarding network opportunities to built the best possible product for our users

* Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with partners at industry events

* Roll-up your sleeves and help when needed

**WHO YOU ARE**

* A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or account management

* You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment

* A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization

* You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects

* A strong communicator both written and verbal, external and internal

* You are tenacious and goal oriented

* Fluent in English is required, a second language is a plus
