Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Greeting visitors, ensuring all employees sign in and out, as well as escorting visitors to their host
- Answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, and directing calls to the correct place
- Sorting, sending, delivering packages internally, and general mail duties
- Coordinating and organizing events such as employee luncheons and community events/donations
- Scheduling appointments as needed for the building such as calling for repairs
- Ordering office supplies including coffee and report delivery issues should they occur
- General data entry
- Additional administrative/office duties as assigned

- Ability to work independently and self-start
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for successful interaction with internal team, customers/visitors, and others
- Proficient with typical office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous projects/duties/deadlines simultaneously
- 1+ year of experience working in a related administrative capacity in a busy office environment
Job Specs:
- Fully on-site in Getzville, NY
- Contract position 1 week - 3 months in duration
- Monday - Friday schedule with flexible hours; ideally 9:00am - 1:00pm, 10:00am - 2:00pm, or 11:00am-3:00pm
