Paid Search Manager

Ai Media Group is looking for a mid to senior level Search Engine Marketer to oversee a portfolio of marketing campaigns across multiple clients; from onboarding to day-to-day management and maintenance. The perfect candidate for this role will have deep experience in Search Engine Marketing as well as the full Google Ads suite and its products outside of search (Pmax, Shopping, GDN, YouTube).

In this role, you will work collaboratively within dedicated client pods, led by strategist team members, supported by you and other channel leads. It s important for this candidate to know how to look at the big picture and understand omni-channel campaign performance holistically, outside of just search. Understanding the impact non-search campaigns have on search and being able to speak about that with clients will be a critical component of this role.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is a big picture thinker but is extremely comfortable and well versed in the weeds. On a day to day basis, we need to take our ideas and make them actionable to drive improvements in our clients ROAS across all paid media campaigns, and you will be responsible for google/bing search, google display, and google performance max. We're looking for someone who is hungry to grow, confident in their ideas, and most importantly their ability to execute them.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid search campaigns across Google & Bing.
  • Responsible for managing all elements of paid campaigns including campaign strategy, planning, setup, management, pacing, analysis, optimization, and reporting.
  • Assist in development of paid media plans, campaign planning and strategy.
  • Ability to provide account expansion roadmap, strategy and incremental budget recommendations.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends/insights to achieve maximum ROAS in paid campaigns.
  • Support Account Managers on all things SEM related.
  • Responsible for proofreading content and ensuring quality of the overall campaign and maintaining the integrity of the client s brand.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on the implementation of codes onto URLs for effective tracking and return on investment measurement.
  • Manage and track spend across all SEM campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, research industry related media, and paid search best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive and technical SEM knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Google and Bing Certifications are preferred.
  • Must be able to work on multiple accounts (5+).
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ad agency experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong Analytical and Strategic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret performance data.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Well versed in meta title and description analysis/creation.
