The Physician Assistant delivers professional, direct patient care, including problem evaluation and management, under the direction of a supervising medical doctor within the department.
Perform initial, follow-up and post-op patients in the cardiothoracic practice location Maintain a clinic schedule Maintains outpatient and inpatient medical records of all patients seen Maintains regular communications with referring physicians to assure smooth transition of patients back to their primary care Maintains medical orders and medication orders for patients Assist surgeons with new visit when needed. Assist with valve clinic
