  • Oracle HCM Architect
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant or Architect, with a focus on implementation and application support.
  • Strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Lead the restructure and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, and HCM Data Integrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
