Operations & Order Routing Coordinator Blue Time

Overview of Company & Position:

Blue Time is a multi-division New York-based wholesaler of fashion accessory watches, jewelry and footwear for major brands.

We are looking for a full-time Operations & Order Routing Coordinator in our Somerset, New Jersey facility. This role will manage several cross-functional operations tasks to support on-time performance initiatives for Blue Time, Inc.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creating and updating detailed reports in MS Excel

Creating purchase orders and following up with vendors

Maintaining compliance with routing and all rules of shipping

Practicing polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and in-person interactions

Checking data accuracy regularly in systems to ensure orders are up to date

Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to operations staff

Additional responsibilities based on business-related needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years prior experience of Microsoft office experience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to perform VLookups, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs, complex formulas, etc.

Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Must be comfortable learning and working in different operating systems.

Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a high level of dedication.

Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Capable of working longer hours as needed.
