11AM is a leading artist management agency based in New York making strides in the rap and hip-hop space alongside its sister label, Standard Records. We value collaboration, creativity, and a genuine passion for music.

We are seeking 1-2 motivated and detail-oriented Operations Interns for 11AM-Standard starting June 10 for 3 months with potential to extend.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a music management agency. The Operations Intern will work closely with our operations team to support various administrative tasks and projects essential to the success of our artists and the agency as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project management duties such as organizing documents and compiling data.
• Support the operations team in coordinating logistics for artist events, tours, and performances.
• Assist with maintaining digital databases and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct research on industry trends, potential partners, and new opportunities for artists.
• In-person support at various industry and artist events.

Qualifications:

• College students eligible to receive academic credit from your institution or a recent graduate
• An enthusiasm for music, especially rap/hip-hop
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills
• Strong research skills
• An understanding of social media platforms and strategies
• Ability to meet deadlines and a formidable attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Can commit to 3 days per week

This internship is unpaid and interns must receive course credit, but we can provide a small travel stipend.
