About This Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our new Union Square office's day-to-day operations and support our core team. In addition, our office includes sub-tenants, so this person will be working with those portfolio companies, as well.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment and all office logistics
- Support our Executive Assistant in ensuring the efficient management of executive-level operations, including task management, travel arrangements, managing calendars, special projects, and additional duties as needed
- Serve as welcoming point of contact for visitors, employees and guests
- Coordinate meetings, events and office happenings
- Handle all kitchen pantry and catering orders, including preparation and delivery of refreshments for executives
- Coordinate with technology and vendors to ensure all office equipment is fully operational
- Manage inventory and supply orders, office organization, and other administrative duties as necessary
- Communicate with building management, office vendors, maintenance staff and security as necessary
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- An organized self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills personable, trustworthy and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and work independently
Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000
