Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly proactive Office Manager to provide dedicated support to our leadership team and oversee the office operations at our corporate headquarters. The Office Manager will report to our Co-CEOs and play a pivotal role in optimizing the executive team s daily operations, scheduling, and communications. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness within our office through various office management and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the executive team s calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate travel logistics for the executive team, arranging flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Identify and continually evaluate opportunities to improve the executive team s time and productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive office support, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, monitoring incoming mail, and managing overall office organization.
- Organize team communications and plan events, including socials & offsite gatherings.
- Maintain communication channels by regularly updating our company website, creating internal newsletters, and maintaining weekly meeting trackers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role supporting senior executives
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
