**US Northeast Sales Manager**

New York / Sales / Full-time, remote Join the Wingtra team and become part of this venture-backed robotics scale up with an international and diverse team of 90+ dedicated Wingtranauts, and growing. Founded at ETH Zurich more than 5 years ago, our high-performance WingtraOne drone is continuously improved by a world-class team of 30+ engineers. By now our customers have grown from survey and mapping professionals to scientists, humanitarian organizations and environmentalists. They fly WingtraOne more than a thousand hours on a monthly basis. And we believe this is only the beginningtogether we can achieve so much more.

In this role, you will take a key role in expanding our sales activities across the Northeastern US region. This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, and proactive and persistent interactions with clients. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and become an expert on various applications. This role can be pursued from any location in NY, NJ, MA, CT, ME, NH. **Responsibilities**

+ As Territory sales manager, you will manage existing distribution partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with dealers or standalone

+ You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtras footprint in the market

+ You will empower our partners by supporting them to generate B2B sales leads, do product demonstrations, close deals end-to-end

+ You will generate new distribution partnership leads, negotiate distribution agreements, close deals

+ Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market

+ Organize and travel to roadshows, customer meetups and tradeshows

+ Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtras strategy development

+ Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)

**Requirements**

+ Proven experience (2-3 years) in B2B channel sales management or equivalent business development experience

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with distribution partners

+ Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities

+ Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to, and establishing relationships with, senior-level executives in enterprise-level companies

+ Fast learner and well structured

+ Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust

+ Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)

+ Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools

+ Experience in the surveying, construction, mining and/or drone industry

+ Existing network in the geospatial, surveying, mining, construction industry
