Who we are looking for Our growing team is looking for a Retail Brand Specialist to join our Partners Brand Team to help build the future of retail at our Nike partners in NYC.

In this role, the candidate will support the development of all-inclusive marketing plans for wholesale accounts, from initiative based retail brand elements to planning and carrying out offline to online (O2O) marketing strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp on the NYC retail landscape & marketplace, along with the ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. Collaboration, brief development, project management, communication and creativity will be vital pieces of the role.

What you will work on If this is you, youll be working on the NYC Consumer Direct Marketing Team (focus on wholesale partners) along with a variety of functional NYC & NA team and accounts partner. You will be an integral part of the team identifying industry shifts across retail, sport, and culture and then partnering cross-functionally & cross-categorically to shape how we build deep connections with our consumers and communities.

As the North America Partner Retail Brand Specialist, you will:

* Support retail brand plan briefs including but not limited to: innovation storytelling through creative (Attract, Engage, Connect), fixturing, and services

* Support team with O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: integrated digital/physical brand initiatives and in-store experiences & events

* Lead all details of owned projects/initiatives including communication strategy, preparing and presenting briefs process, managing program overview, work back schedules, creative approvals, project budget, briefing agency, distribution and recap

* Lead seasonal/initiative product ordering for display, events, etc. in partnership with Brand Manager and geo partners.

Who you will work with As the North America Partner Retail Brand Specialist, you will report directly to the North America Partners Brand Marketing Director, NYC. You will work and collaborate across the Consumer Direct Marketing matrix to build effective and efficient brand plans for wholesale accounts. On a daily/weekly basis you will work closely with the director and managers on seasonal/initiative projects from brief, planning to execution to ensure plans are connected to seasonal brand strategy and brand voice.

You will also collaborate/partner with the following key internal & external partners:

* NA Consumer Direct Marketing Team (Partners and Neighborhood)

* NYC Consumber Direct Marketing Team

* NA Brand Partners and Neighborhood Team

* NYC Sales Team

* NYC Accounts Team (external)

* Catalyst Marketing

* NYC Brand Marketing

* Product & Merchandising

* Agency & Production partners (external)

What you bring

* Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

Experience:

* 3+ years experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or related experience in marketing strategy, planning and implementation, retail merchandising and digital activation

* Deep knowledge of the NYC market (retail experience a plus)

* Exceptional task management across multiple work streams with attention to details
