Role Overview:
As a NoetixViews Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging the power of NoetixViews to enhance reporting and analytics within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. Your expertise in configuring and utilizing NoetixViews will contribute to informed decision-making and streamlined business processes.
Responsibilities:
Metadata Configuration:
Customize and configure NoetixViews to align with the organization s specific configuration of Business Groups, Sets of Books, Operating Units, and
Inventory Organizations.
Create and maintain business views for various EBS modules, including Oracle Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Projects, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Human Resources, Grants, Service, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Enterprise Asset Management.
Report Development:
Develop and enhance pre-built, no-code business reports using NoetixViews.
Design reports that integrate data from complex business processes and provide actionable insights.
Create cross-functional views that span multiple application modules for comprehensive end-to-end reporting.
Data Integration and Security:
Integrate data from different source systems (EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications, JD Edwards) to simplify access to operational insights.
Ensure seamless security integration with Oracle responsibilities and module-specific data access controls (e.g., GL flexfield security rules, HR security profiles).
Process Analytics:
Utilize the high-performance process analytics engine within NoetixViews to analyze business processes.
Drill down to transactional details and gain deeper insights into performance metrics.
Qualifications:
