Network Operations Center Engineer

Our client is looking to hire a NOC Engineer to join their team.

Duration: 12 Months (Could be extended)

Hybrid in Long Island City, NY

You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting users and applications across the Systems Operations Center and company wide. You will utilize technologies like Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 along with monitoring tools, to ensure application, and service availability. This role involves 12-hour shifts onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Server and Azure environments.
• Configuring and troubleshooting desktops/laptops.
• Performing routine health checks.
• Managing incidents via ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a NOC position.
• Experience working in an 24/7 network operations center.
• Must have experience utilizing Sumo Logic, AppDynamics, and PagerDuty.
• Experience working within the Azure platform.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Must be well-spoken, great communicator, and have a track record of driving issues to resolution from start to finish.
